VIGEO Partners Ltd

Welcome
Welcome to Vigeo Partners Ltd (formerly Cole Andrew Associates), a partnership with a proven track record in education and leadership development for over 25 years. We provide consultancy support, advice and guidance for Business and School Improvement across the board, with particular experience and interests in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Vision : Vigeo [latin]: "To bear fruit, to thrive, to live in honour."
We are passionate about coaching people in leading themselves and others well, in every stage of life and career, to flourish and become the best they can be.  This improves outcomes and the journey towards success a meaningful experience.  With wide ranging experiences and success in life, education and business, we have much to share in giving the helping hand to others to reach their goals.
Mission
"To enhance inclusion in communities, building empowerment  in overcoming barriers to thriving in life and work, in serving each other with joy and  honour."
There has been much research about inlcusion over the last 30 years, with varying definitions.  For us, inclusion is about 'the individual knowing and feeling that they belong in whatever environment they find themselves part of.'
Our strategy is, therefore, to help people identify and implement effective methods to overcome their barriers to 'belonging' in schools, communities and the workplace, here and across the world.  We are particularly keen to use our work in the UK to support projects in developing countries to become more inlcusive for people with special educationalneeds and disbailities.
Experience
Our experience inlcudes  successful leadership in mainstream and special education settings across the UK.  Cole has been more recently a Head teacher of a special school for pupils with profound, severe and complex learning needs.  This included over 60 staff and successful funding bids,  achieving a £2.2m capital development project.
Cole has also been a local authority Inclusion & Achievement Adviser, developing whole school provision and practice in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).   This role included working as a School Improvement Partner to Special Schools, Pupil Referral Units and Primary Schools; evaluating provision, outcomes and supporting School Business and Improvement Planning.   Cole trained as an OFSTED Inspector during his first Headship with a special interest in evaluating provision for pupils with SEND.
(OFSTED)'The work of the provision is inspirational, ensuring that disabled pupils and those with special educational needs, some of which are highly complex, achieve outstandingly well ... leaders are highly aspirational to maintain improvements. Leaders are at the centre of excellence for training local teachers in how to include disabled pupils and those with special educational needs.'
How we can help
Our key areas of interest are around coaching and mentoring leaders, evaluating outcomes, supporting business planning and developing projects to support inclusion and achievements for all.  Feel free to browse the menu of services to gain a flavour of the kind work projects we have been involved in leading.  The approach is predominantly bespoke so please get in touch to discuss your requirements and receive a proposed project outline .
